At Rukararwe, we run a tailoring project where we produce school uniforms for local schools in the area, including sports uniforms. We also sew uniforms for the Rwanshesya orphanage home.

The uniforms are sewn in our tailoring workshop by women from the local community who earn an income through their work. This way, the project supports both education and local livelihoods. The uniforms are made to be simple, durable, and comfortable for everyday school use to meet the needs of students and schools.

The partnership with the orphanage is especially important to us, as it helps to ensure that all children have access to proper school clothing.

Overall, the project supports both education and livelihoods in the region. It is a small step but makes a difference in everyday life.
